Terms of use
Please read these terms. Book 21 opens only after you accept them, and it asks again whenever they change.
Who makes Book 21
Book 21 is made by Pixel Flip Studio LLC, a Georgia company. "We" in these terms means Pixel Flip Studio.
For learning and entertainment only
Book 21 teaches blackjack basic strategy with a simulated table. It is not gambling, and nothing in it is financial, legal or gambling advice.
Chips have no cash value
The chips are simulated. They are always free, and they cannot be bought, sold, won as prizes or cashed out.
No guarantee of any result
Playing by the book lowers the house edge but never removes it. Real blackjack loses money over time, even played perfectly. How you do in this app predicts nothing about how you will do at a casino.
Real-money gambling is your decision
If you gamble with real money, that choice and its risk are yours alone. Follow the laws where you live and where you play.
Using the app fairly
Use Book 21 for your own learning. Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it, or use it to break the law. The app, its look, its coaching and its name belong to Pixel Flip Studio.
No responsibility for losses
Book 21 is provided as is, without any warranty, and we can't promise it will always work or be free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, Pixel Flip Studio isn't responsible for any money you lose gambling, for anything you do based on the app, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
You must be 18 or older
Book 21 is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.
Help with problem gambling
If gambling stops being fun, help is free and confidential. In the US, call or text the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER. Elsewhere, look up the problem gambling help line where you live.
Your data stays on your phone
Book 21 has no account. Your progress, settings and these choices are saved on this phone. To make the app better, it sends Pixel Flip Studio anonymous counts, like hands played, drills finished and which settings people change, through PostHog in the US. They never include money, bets, your trip budget or anything you type, and nothing ties them to you. Turn them off anytime in Settings › Your data; on phones set to the EU, the UK or Switzerland they start off. If your phone backs up to iCloud or Google, the backup includes them, so they can come back on a new phone, or on Android when you reinstall the app. Settings › Erase all data deletes them from this phone, and your phone's next backup replaces the old copy. Deleting the app also deletes them from this phone, but a copy can stay in your backup until you delete it in your phone's settings.
The law that applies
