Book 21 · last updated 8 November 2026

Book 21 is made by Pixel Flip Studio LLC ("we"). It has no account and no sign-in, and we never learn who you are. This page says exactly what leaves your phone and what doesn't.

What stays on your phone

Your hands, decisions, progress, badges, settings, your trip's date and budget, and your answers to the terms are saved only on your phone. We never receive them. If your phone backs up to iCloud or Google, the backup includes them.

What we receive: anonymous counts

To learn what helps people play by the book, the app sends anonymous counts through PostHog, a product analytics service, to its servers in the US. For example: that the terms were accepted, that a table visit ended with a number of hands in a range like 10 to 24 and an accuracy band like 90% or better, that a guide was opened, or that a setting was changed.

Each count comes with a random id the app makes up on your phone, the app's version, your phone's operating system and its version, and the time. It never includes your name, email, phone number, contacts, location, advertising id, money, bets, your trip budget, or anything you type. IP addresses are discarded and not stored, and the counts are never linked to a person.

Your choice

Turn the counts off any time in Settings › Your data › Share anonymous counts; nothing more is sent. On phones set to the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland they start off, and are sent only if you turn them on. Settings › Your data › Start over or Erase all data gives the app a new random id, so later counts aren't connected to earlier ones.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share data, show personalized ads, track you across other apps or websites, or use the counts to identify anyone. Book 21 shows no ads today; if that changes, we'll update this policy and the app first.

Keeping and deleting

PostHog keeps the counts for up to a year. Because nothing ties them to you, we can't find or delete one person's counts; turning them off or starting over is how you stop them. Deleting the app, or Settings › Your data › Erase all data, removes everything the app saved on your phone.

Age

Book 21 is for adults 18 and older and isn't meant for children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its date, and the app's terms will say so.
